Electoral commission data on political donations for the 2017 general election
Description
The Electoral Commission is the independent watchdog that monitors elections and party and political finances in the UK.
In the run up to the elections on the 8th of June every political party must complete six donations and loan reports setting out what donations and loans over £7,500 they have received between 3 May and 8 June.
This dataset was retrieved on Friday the 19th of May and includes all donations and loads above £7,500 in the first week, i.e. from 3 May to 9 May.
